Privacy Policy

NuclearApps Pte. Ltd. (“NuclearApps,” “we,” “us” or “our”) operates NuclearApps and our other mobile apps and websites (our “Services”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We deliberately keep data collection to a minimum.

The short version

• You don’t need an account, and we don’t ask for your name, address or phone number to use our apps.
• Our websites don’t show third-party ads. Some of our apps and games do (see “Advertising in our apps”). We don’t sell your personal data.
• We collect limited, largely anonymous usage data through analytics to understand and improve our Services.
• Anything you create (notes, lists, scripts) stays on your device or in your own cloud storage such as iCloud or Dropbox, where applicable — we don’t receive it.

Information we collect

Usage and device data. Like most apps and websites, we automatically collect limited information when you use our Services — for example app and page interactions, the type of device and operating system you use, general (non-precise) location inferred from your IP address, and device identifiers. This information is mostly anonymous and is used to understand usage and improve our Services.

Information you choose to give us. If you contact us (for example by email), we receive whatever you include in your message so that we can respond.

Content you create. Notes, lists and similar content you create in our apps are stored on your device or in your own third-party storage where applicable. We do not collect or have access to that content.

Analytics

We use the following analytics providers to measure and improve our Services. We do not use any other analytics providers.

• We use Google Analytics and Firebase (Google), including Firebase Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring, to understand how our apps are used and to find and fix crashes. You can review Google’s practices and opt-out options in their Privacy Policy.

On our websites, analytics cookies are only set after you accept them via our cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy.

Advertising in our apps

Some of our free apps and games show ads, such as banners, full-screen ads and optional rewarded videos. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and its mediation partners AppLovin and Chartboost. To deliver and measure ads, these partners collect information from your device: your approximate location derived from your IP address, a device advertising identifier (IDFA), how you interact with ads and the app, and diagnostic data.

On iOS we ask your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before the advertising identifier is used to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalised using that identifier. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where required, we also ask for your consent through Google’s consent form before personalised ads are shown.

These partners act as independent controllers of the data they collect. See their policies: Google, AppLovin, Chartboost.

Game Center and purchases

Our games can use Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements, and Apple’s In-App Purchase for payments. Both are operated by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. We never receive your payment details. We record only that a purchase was made.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate, maintain, analyse and improve our Services, to respond to your enquiries, and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell or rent your personal data.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as our analytics providers), with the advertising partners described above, where required by law or to respond to lawful requests, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets (in which case this policy continues to apply).

International processing

We are based in Singapore, and your information may be processed in Singapore and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your own.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, or to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@nuclearapps.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

EEA / UK (GDPR). Where GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests (to analyse and improve our Services), your consent (for cookies and similar technologies where required), and compliance with legal obligations.

California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its “sale.” We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not offer financial incentives in exchange for it. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Australia. Where Australian privacy law applies, you acknowledge that some overseas recipients of data may not be regulated by the Privacy Act.

Children

Our Services are intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the revised version here and update the date above; significant changes may also be notified within our Services.
